Sad

Last night we accidently backed over and killed our little girl dog - a miniature daschund.  It was a tragic event for our family.  The kids woke up this morning peaceful and happy but I'm still sad.  I try very hard not to get attached to animals for this very reason.  But I couldn't help loving Shana.  She was a very sweet dog.  And I totally believe that all dogs go to heaven.

Oh, that is so sad. It's going to be hard to adjust, isn't it?

I think I love dogs because they are so trusting and free with their affection. I loved coming home from school and being met with exuberance. ((( HUGS )))

I'm sorry about Shana. That had to be hard.
We came home from Conway to the news that Mike hasn't seen Griz since Wednesday. :( I feel even worse because we just spent $120 "fixing" him!
And we're fine. It's been VERY windy, and an occassional downpour, but nothing too scary. All Mike's family is okay, too. Love you--

Hi Angie,

I am so sorry to read this...

BTW - Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. Thanks for reading it!

I bookmarked this blog so I can keep up with your family, too. I have the Pray for Mozambique bookmarked too, but haven't seen any updates lately. Are you still going to keep that one?

I am so grateful for the work you are doing and the sacrifices you are making for the sake of the gospel. What grace there is in your lives!

Please give your gang hugs from us!
Love,
-debbie (for Ben & James, too)

I'll miss that Shana girl, though she would have NOTHING to do with her "Aunt Lynne" when we had our Sunday visitations in your absence! :)
