Jet Lag

It's about 3:00 A.M. here in Louisiana and I've been awake for about an hour. Woke up thinking it must be about 6:00. It wasn't. My body clock thought it was 9:00 a.m. and wondered why I wasn't up making coffee!

So I've been reading blogs ,writing emails and hoping to start feeling sleepy soon. Maybe I'll pour myself some milk from the ginormous gallon jug of milk in our fridge. It's so nice to see that again.

We enjoyed our first full day back in America - talking to friends and family on the phone, visiting face to face with old friends, going to Walmart, eating Johnny's pizza (a local favorite) for lunch and Wendy's for supper!

I had forgotten about free refills, how smooth American roads are and how beautiful spring is in north Louisiana.

AAAAH!! Did you have to say my two favorite W words: "Walmart and Wendy's"? I've been back in Maputo less that 12 hours and I miss you terribly already.

How are my two favorite girls and all the handsome boys?

See, that's why I'm hesitant to call you...I'd hate to interrupt a nap.
But I will soon! :)
