The demise of my computer

Well our desk top bit the dust two nights ago. She was 6 years old. She survived a crash 3 years ago. The computer Dr. who brought her back to life told us then that he had rerouted things on her motherboard but he didn't know how much longer she'd last. She gave us three more good years. I could tell that she was waning the other night when she wouldn't pull things up as fast as normal. She was downright sluggish. Then two nights ago her screen went black and that was that.

Thankfully we have Charlie's laptop. But now I have to share a computer. So I may not be blogging very much for awhile. As a matter of fact I'm not reading any blogs this week, just updating. And checking my email.

It appears to be infectious. So many people I know are in the same position. Mine died, and I have a new one, thank heavens. I hope it is not long before you are back up and running!

Sorry to hear about your computer. Were your files and photos backed up??

We said goodbye to some friends at church last week who were moving back to South Africa. I thought about you because you're closer to South Africa than Rwanda, right? I'm pretty sure they're from Capetown. Is that sorta close by?

Aw, I am sad. I will be praying that you have a wonderful week, even so!

YES, that cup of coffee with you sounds nice. And this side of Heaven I'm seeing it. We have much to visit about...Arkansas stories and the like. Maybe God will take us to you...we would love to go as a family to visit and help on the mission field.
Love and prayers,
Holly
