Can I whine a moment? I didn't sleep well last night. I'm tired. I am overwhelmed with laundry (don't even talk to me about the mountain that needs to be ironed....I'm just talking about the dirty stuff!) and the dusting that hasn't been done in a month. We leave tomorrow for three days away in South Africa. Just packing for that is overwhelming to me right now. I think I need some coffee.
I'd tell you more about our lives but I'm actually just too tired to type.
See you next week!
P.S. I turn 40 in 17 days!! Yikes!!!

Thanks Dan! Charlie said tonight that he has been thinking about you a lot lately.
I'm still tired but I got a lot done today. And I drank a cup of coffee. That was a nice pick-me-up.
How's your fam? Do you have a blog?

I hear ya sister. I'm exhausted, and have been gone all day for the last 3 days, and Mike's out of town so I'm a "single mom". I don't want to do anything, but you should see the laundry on my couch and dishes in my sink and clutter all over the place. sigh Mom reminds me that someday my house will be very neat...and very quiet and lonely. Thank You God for my happy, healthy kids! Love you

One more thing...
didn't Mom Barksdale used to do room inspections on Thursdays? Aren't you glad we're not in college anymore! Ha!
